DR's BBQ

We take our barbecue seriously. We don't bake meat, smother it in sauce and call it barbecue. We put the time and love that it takes to make authentic southern pit barbecue. All of our pit smoked meat is cooked with Pecan wood over many hours.

  • My second review of BBQ Pitmasters

    Okay here we go with episode 2 of BBQ Pitmasters. I really enjoyed the second episode! It was different than the first which will keep people interested I think. Doing two contests at the same time like that must really be a challenge! I was feeling the stress just watching the show let alone actually being there and doing it.
